Q: What is your minimum order?

You can directly purchase from us and avail of our discounted rates for a minimum order of 1 box per variant. Yes, that’s 1 box only!

Q: Can I get samples and how do I order them?

Our items are absolutely free once you order!

Clients who wish to request for a sample will have to first pay its upfront cost per piece. Once an order is made, the cost of the samples will be deducted on your first transaction making the samples free of charge. Shipping fees for the samples are shouldered by the client.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Bank Deposits (BPI, BDO, METROBANK), and Pera Padala Money Transfer to our Bank Accounts (via Palawan Express, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuiller).

Q: How can I find out about the status of my order?

Q: How often do items get out of stock, and how will I know if an item I purchase is put on back order?

To minimize the chances of this happening, please coordinate your future/repeat order to your assigned sales representative as soon as possible. Out of stock items usually take between 4-5 weeks to be restocked in our warehouse. Q: Will you hold inventory for a future shipping date?

We always try to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability whenever possible. We do not however “hold” or "guarantee" inventory for future shipping dates. Operating on a first come first serve basis allows us to be flexible for our customers. Because of that, if you specify a future shipping date for an item that is currently in stock, please be advised that it may not be in stock at your requested future shipping date.


Q: Some of my bottles or jars looked scuffed. Why?

Bottles and jars made from pet plastic often get scuffs and scratches during shipping. Please be advised that pet plastic is susceptible to these markings.


It is virtually impossible to ship pet plastic without getting scuffs or scratches. This is due to the nature of pet plastic. This occurs even during shipping from the plant to our warehouse. We have found, however, that most customers can cover scuffs with labels or other forms of custom decoration, and once filled with product, most scuffs and scratches become invisible.


Q: What is your warranty policy?

All items sold by EcomPak reflect its current standards and specifications. Each item described herein is not necessarily suitable for every kind of use.

SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE GOODS DESCRIBED HEREIN ARE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. All warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular use, are expressly disclaimed.

You should always test your product in the container you've selected prior to use.

Q: Do you offer delivery?

Absolutely! However, due to the low cost nature of our products, we can only deliver for a fee in Metro Manila. For the pricing, please see the delivery matrix below:

Q: Do you deliver to Visayas, Mindanao and other parts of Luzon?

We serve clients from all over the Philippines, including Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.


For provincial orders, you may have your items delivered to your preferred freight forwarder’s office (AP Cargo, Pambato Cargo, etc) or warehouse in Metro Manila based on the matrix above. If you want to save on delivery cost, please see the info below.

Q: Do you deliver items on a C.O.D. basis?  

We only accept an advance deposit payment.


Q: How many days will the delivery take?

Delivery in Metro Manila usually takes 1-4 days after the payment has been verified. Order cut-off is every 3 PM. All transactions made after 3 PM, shall be processed the next business day. The same is observed for orders received during weekends and holidays.


Please note that we aim to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we do not guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the presented time frame.


For orders that are for pick up in our stores, please note that we will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of the whole delivery process (from the moment the items are picked up from our store or warehouse up to the time of delivery to you).


Returns & Exchange Policy

Q: Do you accept returns?

We only accept defective and/or damaged item(s) for exchange.


Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns due to wrong size purchased, change of mind, and the like. All sales are final. EcomPak reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.


Q: How can I exchange damaged or defective items?

You may exchange your items through our local store or contact our customer support if returning via courier. Please call us at +63 917 316 9186 or email us at sales@bccorp.com.ph  to coordinate the exchange.

Q: What is your Returns and Exchange Policy?

We accept exchanges of items within 7-days from the date of receipt subject to the following conditions:

  • Items should be accompanied by the original receipt.

  • Items are in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging.

  • Items are unused.

  • Items will be subject to inspection.

  • All shipping charges will be on the client’s account.

  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items damaged during shipping will not be accepted.
